Agreement on Cross-Border Transfer for Personal Information

The Company implements an integrated membership system with the Netherlands Head Office, Koninklijke Philips N.V. (hereinafter referred to as the “Head Office”). For the system, any personal information collected by the Company is transferred outside the country and provided to the Head Office according to the below. The Company and Head Office will use and keep your personal information in accordance with the domestic/overseas laws and our bylaws and will take physical and technical measures for personal information protection.

• Personal information items to be transferred: Name, e-mail address and password
• Countries where the information is transferred: Netherlands, India, Turkey and etc.
• Date and method of transfer: Transferred with electronic methods as soon as membership is completed
• Transferred to: Koninklijke Philips N.V. and related companies (related department contact information: privacy@philips.com)
• Purpose of using personal information: Integrated membership and information provision
• Personal information retention and use period: Until the purpose of using personal information is achieved

The Company may transfer all or parts of your personal information to the following overseas consignees for specialized customer support and service provision.

• Personal information items to be transferred: Name, e-mail address and password
• Countries where the information is transferred: America, Canada and etc.
• Date and method of transfer: Transferred with electronic methods as soon as membership is completed
• Transferred to: Salesforce.com Inc. (contact information: 1-800-667-6389). Eloqua (contact information: 1-650-506-7000)
• Purpose of using personal information: Information management for homepage operation and marketing purposes
• Personal information retention and use period: Until the purpose of using personal information is achieved

You may refuse to consent to this agreement on cross-border transfer of personal information. However, if you do so, the above service may not be provided.
